the staff were very friendly and the room was spacious and furnished well. Owing to the fact that I arrived in a taxi with my three large dogs owing to my car breakdown I was delighted that the hotel accepted my dogs, this was a tremendous relief.The staff were very helpful and kind.the information book was only in french. The receptionist was overworked as she was doing everything ,we had to wait for such a long time for help or for our bill owing to the phone ringing constantly.I was surprised that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room .The dining room required previous reservations which was disappointing as we arrived early hoping for dinner.
