  The apartment was of a good size, with separate bedroom and combined living room/kitchenette. The location is very close to the promenade and the shopping and tourist centre of the town (5 mins to beach, 2-15 mins for all major tourist areas). Bars and restaurants right outside the door. Information up front (1 week before) and during the stay (by email) was good. Very central location, 1 minute to grocery store, 1 minute to local market with fruit and vegetables, 2 minutes walk to main shopping street and 5 minute walk down to the sandy beaches of Cannes. Lots of restaurants and cafes close to Florella Marceau. Price/quality is good.

We had a fantastic holiday. Mainly because The Residance resideal Hotel exceeded our expectations. We were happy with the nice and very cosy room we were given and it was value for money and it was a real pleasure to deal with the receptionist. They were all very helpful It is very central and about a couple of metres away from the croisette beach and not far from the train station and other amenities.
