Lovely luxury spa hotel. Spa facilities / swimming pools etc looked excellent. We did not use as we were only using the hotel as a base for touring Normandy. Cabourg is a great location for this - but spending the money on this hotel was probably a bit of waste if you are not using the spa facilities. The hotel is expensive but not more than you would expect for this level of luxury. Room was lovely. We had a partial sea view, but the garden view rooms would be just as nice as the hotel gr.
所有评语 » The hotel is very modern and very well organized. Our room had a view over the sea, really nice. The double bed is big and really comfortable. There is a super hd television with international chanels. There are buttons for the lights very modern, you'll discover them. The spa has everything you need, pool, sauna and so on. We did not have breakfast inside the hotel. The restaurant is really nice, great for romantic dinners, we ate well! The cabourg center is 10 minutes walking from the hotel. . Easy parking. Functional clean faciltiies. Consistency of quality. Approachable and helpful staff generally. Marte was excellent. Front desk excellent and restaurant manager resolved a problem and then really looked after us throughout. The pool and the spa facilities generally. The restaurant in the evening was less formal than we had imagined it would be, but all the better for it. We often didn't leave our room until the afternoon yet it was still cleaned without any problem. Very good. The hotel has a grand entrance and big parking space. The reception area is also very well designed. What we love the most is the spa area, indoor salted/sea water pool and the outdoor pool. My little girl enjoyed herself very much given the sea water by the beach is a bit too cold for her to soak too long. The hotel located like 15mins walk to Cabourg town. But the stroll is a very nice stroll with seaview. But let-op of buggy for your child - staircase n dunes. Lovely luxury hotel, great room, comfortable bed, fab views. Restaurant food excellent although pricey. We walked along the promonade to a super restaurant with terrace overlooking the beach. Fantastic views of beach great location we thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay. The spa area especially the swimming pool with the sole water was great and relaxing. Sauna and hammam was nice also. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We were allowed to come back to the facilities even on the day we checked out already. It was very special!. The hotel is new and the facilities are good. The food in the restaurant is excellent and the breakfast is generous. We wanted to visit the WW2 beaches and museums as well as Bayeux, Deauville and Honfleur so the location of the hotel is perfect. A very nice hotel straight down to the beach. Perfect pool area. Just a short walk to Cabourg alonge the beach. Nice gourmet restaurant with reasonable prices. Both swimming pools were salt water and the indoor pool had excellent spa facilities. Rooms were fantastic with balconys and good WC facilities. food , pools with sprays etc. , access to beach, welcome champagne eve , view, sea ! ample safe parking . staff room with balcony . The comfortable beds. The walkway at the side of the hotel to the beach along the promenade into Cabourg. The dinner menu. Lovely facilities, new , clean and very comfortable with good access to beach. Having a balcony was a bonus for us and also the free WIFI and free parking. Modern hotel close to seaside. Very comfortable. Perfect location, very good spa, new clean hotel. Great place to stay , we will return. Location, quiet, new hotel, comfort. Everything was nice. The spa. Whilst the location was a little out of town, there's a great promenade to get you into town after about a 20 minute walk. The room was nice with a very comfy bed. Food in the restaurant was good and the fixed price menu was good value too. This hotel is very expensive for what you get so unless you get a good deal through bookings.com as we did, we wouldn't recommend it. Clearly, hotel is clean and comfortable, quite modern also. The room was large and nice to stay in. Reception Leisure facilities. Location Spa. Nothing. Just a shame we were too busy visiting the many places Normandy has to offer, to allow as to make use of the hotel's spa facilities. The breakfast is extremely poor value for money and can be chaotic. It should also go on until a little later. One member of staff chose to ignore me repeatedly because I do not speak French. I love France and the French by the way. The music by the pool. Far too loud - you go to the pool for some peace!! Club sandwich - inedible. I've lived all over the world - the bar menu is not what people want it is what the hotel serves. I think the room size is not that great for the price we have paid. Paper cups for tea and coffee in room. 2 of 4 sauna / hammam were blocked for massages. The room was small for the price. The cleaning was not up to standard. Nothing it was all fantastic. room perhaps smaller than expected. breakfast expensive ( did not have) compared to evening meal . spa treatments bit pricey. hotel great but will have to save up to visit for more than 2 nights !. The paper cups in the room for tea/coffee. The plastic cups in the bathroom. The curtain in the room made it difficult to get out to the balcony because there was no divide. Staff on arrival not 'gushing' A little way out of town for bars and restaurants. To have a dinner, need to take a car to go to town or eat in the hotel. The ONLY thing we did NOT like was the use of Paper cups in the bedrooms used for Hot drinks. Breakfast and service. SPA is busy - you should book massage in advance. Triple room too small. Paper cups and plastic glasses in the room. Nice pool but not suitable for swimming lengths in. Very mean allowances of tea bags and milk; only one cup per person per day. Only one small bottle of water provided during our 4 day stay. Breakfast not included and costs €19 per person per day. A bit expensive for what you get. Staff is not that welcoming. Food in the restaurant was good but no more, and staff in restaurant was undertrained. Air conditioning Car park. Zero mobile network signal Verry small room for the money No place in the restaurant for dinner.
