  Very nice sized room with a proper mattress on the bed which was very comfortable. It was very clean. \Obviously it was a new hotel so that is to be expected. There is a hair drier which would have been great had it worked. I reported it to the reception staff so hope it was repaired for the next guest.   central location. parking across the road was handy. Room was a good size though this may have been more by accident than design. Handy for Brive Town Centre - very nice! - The man in charge was very Basil Fawlty and extremely charming. The hotel has a very distinct look and feel a little eccentric.
