Stopped off en route back to UK from southern France. Easy to find just ten minutes off motorway (follow signs once in village) . Lovely village and Auberge feels like a trip back in time. Only saw two staff and they do very well to manage the rooms and restaurant.These are almost medieval in look and feel. Food (evening and breakfast) is top qual

Superb atmospheric location, in an ancient buiding, right next to a large functioning abbey.
The rooms were stacked with character - hardly appearing to change since medieval times.
It was a proper get-away-from-it-all location with no internet or mobile signal, or even a TV in the room...
Food was very traditional - and very tasty.
The hotel appeared to be managed in its entirety by one guy - who was pleasantly bonkers!
It is an odd location - but a real genuine experience that I can heartily
