The service of staff was absolutely brilliant, extremely polite and friendly! A member of staff actually waited up for us especially until gone midnight for us to check in on the first night (we couldn't get there until late, and he was completely happy to wait up for us). We arrived at Dunkirk with the last ferry, at 1am. We had received directions by phone on how to get into the car park and the building after the normal check-in time. The hotel was very easy to find, just off the motorway at exit 57, 25 minutes from the port max. It was quiet, clean, and an excellent no-frills option. I deal for an overnight stay after or before a ferry.
