  I loved the location, it's so close to the beach. Also the staff was very pleasant, they can speak English as long as you don't want to practice your french:)There was also a little kitchen in the room- very handy for breakfast.   Location of this hotel is perfect. It is over the Rue Massena, the loveliest pedestrian street, many bistros and bars,restaurants. Anja was helpful and spoke english very well. Highly recommended and I will be going - I loved it! Perfect location, the kitchen is very well equipped, the room is quite small but had everything I needed. Even if it is located on a very busy pedestrian street, once I closed the windows, the noise didn't disturb me one bit. I am a light sleeper and I was quite worried that I would be up all night, but I didn't hear any noise. I am planning my next trip to NIce and will be ataying at Ajoupa!

The kitchen has everything you may need. Wifi is fine. Location is perfect. I wish every place I will stay in the future will have such a level of comfort!
