nice and clean rooms, rich breakfast in a cosy area, comfortable beds, very helpful stuff, welcoming main hall, good position - close both to the city centre and to the railway/bus station.
Good value for money. Friendly staff. Free parking possible with a little luck (even if the hotel parking lot is full).
Lounge and atmosphere very welcoming and nice. The staff is highly qualified and extremely friendly!.

Very basic. Convenient for downtown tours and walks. A stone throw away from buzzing shopping area. Excellent restaurant just across the street from the hotel.
When checking out, the lady at the reception adjusted the price of the room booked through letsbookhotel.com to a lower summer-season rate. Nice surprise.
Location was good, staff friendly. Hotel clean. Parking also included. Big flat screen tv in the room.

floor (it said in the guide the floor would be wooden), stairs to the main hall (I needed to lift heavy luggage), small elevator, weak wifi, not specially charming building (was it a block of flats before?), balcony without furniture.
The thin WC door opens directly to bedroom.
Paper thin walls and doors, heard doors slamming from other rooms, conversations in hallways, the hotel also needs refurbishing as it looks like it hasn't been done for a while although it was very clean.
The room was compact which is fine but the bathroom was tiny.
hotel room was too warm it was not ably to keep window open because of the traffic noise.
The exterior of the building especially the balcony of the room needs urgent refurbishment.
A bit old interiors, door locks antique (plastic holecards), no safe in the room.
Poor Wi-Fi coverage.
Very small room Decoration was very old Breakfast was very simple, no choice at all (no warm food).... Same price than other hotels next to it (cumulus, sokos hotel) but really worse. Room was noisy because it was next to the road and isolation was bad Room was cold This should be called a MOTEL.
