  Very friendly and helpful staff in reception and in restaurant. free shuttle service was excellent. They have a smoke free floor which I greatly appreciated. Bonus - they had a laundry - washing machines, dryers and irons! - I liked everything, especially the friendliness of the staff and the close proximity to transportation.

  We all loved it. Lovely breakfast. From cereal to Cake. Excellent comfortable rooms. There is a small refrigerator. Daily cleaning. Attentive attitude of all the staff.   I have stayed in Espoo on numerous occassions but this was my first time in this hotel which, I believe, has just come under new management. I found the staff friendly, efficient and helpful.
