  Very friendly and helpful staff in reception and in restaurant. free shuttle service was excellent. They have a smoke free floor which I greatly appreciated. Bonus - they had a laundry - washing machines, dryers and irons! - I liked everything, especially the friendliness of the staff and the close proximity to transportation.

  I liked the hotel and I like Best Western chain in general. Reception is open 24/7 (which is not a must in Finland at all), breakfast is good, the room was big enough and comfy enough, wi-fi was functioning. Closer to 4 stars I'd say.   Only 20 minutes from/to airport, no traffic. Clean, quite, few restaurants, bar and supermarket in the vicinity, 5-10 min. by walk. Good recommendations where to go and what to visit you can easily find in the room's guide. There is one computer in a lobby where you can use internet for free, or wi-fi in a room, but I'don't remember the price.   A smallish but lovely appartment with plenty of utensils and equipment to make our stay easy and comfortable. Great to have a washing machine in the appartment too. It was well-presented and clean and it was in a fantastic location.
