The location was excellent,it was in the city center in an area called Garden City and exactly beside Four Seasons Hotel and Grand Hyatt Hotel so its a very well known place and all taxi drivers recognize it, its near to all vital areas in Cairo, the building has many offices and the floor which the hotel was at is beside the office of Military Attaché of the Embassy of Italy, security guards are all over the place so it was a safe place. Price is very suitable for who is considering a business.
所有评语 » The reception - Mamook is very helpful and friendly. My gf felt uncomfortable with the rooms and he immediately changed the bed sheets and everything else but when my gf still feels uneasy because of the theme of the room, he changed a new room for me!! His actions has sincerely touched us and his practical tips and jovial character made our stay so memorable. He is warm, caring and cares for all the visitor! Keep it up ! He is truly a gem in the hotel. The compliment pick up service as well as. Really it was an amazing hotel , we had a nice Nile view room , the price was good if you compere it with the five star hotels in the same location ,but this hotel have something strange.you feel like you are in home , they have great professional staff ( Ahmed , mahmoud alaa ) and especial thanks to mahmoud mando he made our stay very nice and comfortable he arranged a tour for us.it was great we had visited the pyramids , city tour and ( the black and white desert ) also the nice dinner cruis. I travel a lot and I have to say the hotel run the best guys I've ever met during my traveling. They were funny, friendly and they could arrange whatever you would like to. They made my experience in Cairo amazing, The Hotel is a very nice place and reasonably clean, The location was great very safe and not as noisy as the other central options, Highly recommended to anybody who wants clean hotel with perfect atmosphere. It is a very nice hotel. Staff was kind and friendly and very helpfull (especially Mahmoud and Karim). I really enjoyed our stay there. I had tours very interesting especially one to Black and white desert organized by them. Highly recomended. Breakfast was really tasty. I´ll be back in a few months. Pickup at the airport is for free, and you can also ask for an awesome guided tour by the city and pyramids with Ahmed Roshdy, the manager who knows everything about Ancient Egypt! I really recommend to use him as your guide during your staying at Cairo... Everything was great, thank you for welcoming us in the hotel!Room and hotel in generel very very clean, room us comfortable - everything inside works, breakfast was nice, Wi-Fi worked well, we really enjoyed our weekend!Big respect to women, who works there, her name Marian I think... Airport pick up, tour to Giza, Memphis and Sakkara, Nile dinner cruise, bus tickets and the ride to the bus station; everything went smoothly. Hotel is a perfect place to shoot a movie how Cairo hotels looked 70 years ago. (Just remove flat TV set from the room. The staff is very helpful specially Mr.Mahmoud Alaa&Mr.Mahmoud.the house keeping is very kind.it's very clean hotel.I'll make another visit in my next trip to cairo.my wife was so happy. Every thing. nice people. at my first couple of days the cleaning of my room was not good, however it got better after I complained about it for many times and also requested to change the sheets and the linens every day until I got soft ones. there is no Iron and ironing table in the room, you have to request it and then turn it back and there is no ironing table, no hair drier nor water boiler or complementaries (coffee,tea,sugar packs or water in the fridge). The tour guide we booked from the hotel to the pyramid is disappointing. Nothing at all. Nothing. Nothing at all. Free wireless internet in my room. Ther arent breakfast, but ther are restaurants near, or just with one phone call you have everything. Nothing, it was great. nothing. nothing reall i love this hotel. I like everything about it. Nothing. nothing. There is no water heater for tea/coffee. The staff won't help you in carrying your luggage. The breakfast is not enough for a hungry man. Reception is not good. I can't see nile river from nile view room but payed more for it. Shower cubicle a bit small, no carpet to lay prayer mat on so a bit hard on your knees. nothing. The inconvenience of the first floor being away from the reception. People are smoking in the small reception area; this should not be allowed. If people want to smoke they should request a room with balcony; otherwise no smoking in the reception or in the rooms. Nile view was limited due to trees and noisy as there is a road in between. the hotel was ok. Poor Wi Fi siginals. Nothing. Mr mahmoud gave me a room with no remote control for the air conditioner. The air conditioner was impossible to change temprature. He told to chnage the room. But the other room was also without a remote control for the A.c. Nothing. unfortunately it is located in area with frequent clashes. it's actually not to be recommended until the social situation will be better. Parking area. I don't have.
