  They were very friendly, helpful, and flexible. We had to leave very early the next day and they had breakfast ready for us at 5 a.m. Their credit card machine was down when we left, so they trusted us to make a deposit in their bank account, which we did. There was someone on staff who spoke English ( a plus for us) who was able to help us find the place when I called to get help finding it. The place had an old world charm to it and was very nicely decorated.

  Everything. Great food, excellent service, super friendly and helpful staff. Location is ideal, architecture and decor to die for--wonderful place to relax with every attraction in and around Riobamba easily accessible. Stayed here 16 days and we didn't want to leave.
