Very nice staff, clean and safety property just a basic hotel no luxury, elevators etc but clean and safe. Roberto the cab driver that work with them is an excellent person so if you need a shuttle service airport-hotel-airport call or email to Eugenio the owner of the hotel and he will help you with and remember all the rooms have hot water just ask how turn it on Muy buen lugar limpio y seguro el personal es excelente si necesitan transportacion desde y hacia el aeropuerto contacten a Eugenio.
所有评语 » We arrived very late (4am) and the hotel driver met us at the airport and took us directly to the room, ready with the keys and everything. The hotel owner went as far as to show us a picture of the driver so we would recognize him in the airport. It is a cheap simple hostel, but clean, no bedbugs, and the AC works great. We just needed it for a quick stay before heading to another part of the island. The driver even figured out exactly what bus we needed to take. We didn't have exact change f. This place is great value for money! We paid 30usd for a very comfortable room with 2 rooms, a/c & refrigirator. The bathroom was really small, however it wasn't problem for us as we stayed only 2 nights. The a/c worked perfectly so it was a great relief after sightseeing in the heat. Location is perfect - only 2 minutes walk from Plaza Espania! There are 2 hotels named Paseo Colonial in Zona Colonial, SO make sure you arrive to the right one :). Location was excellent. The host was charming, helpful and knowledgeable. I stayed in an apartment the first night, which was lovely and then came back and stayed in a room with balcony. The high ceilings and decor were very pretty. The hotel is an authentic colonial building. The room had high ceilings and a balcony that looked over the street. The hotel staff was amazing and friendly...I will definitely stay here again when I return to Santo Domingo. The location was fantastic! Only about a 5-7 minute walk to the Colonial Zone. The breakfast was great each morning, the wi-fi was strong everywhere, the room was very nice. Central to the bank and transportation was easily accessible. Management made me feel very welcome. Good for a stop over as it was in my case. Very friendly easy going staff Fairly close to El Conde shopping & old buildings. The apt was nice, cable tv in different languages, bed comfortable, helpful staffs. People...were. so nice. And. Helpful. Will. Be. Back. Again. For. Sure. The hotel is very friendly the owner and the stuff are really nice i recommende. Good location on Main Street, nice breakfast, large rooms, great staff. This worked for me for one night. The bed was kind of weird and unsturdy, but not necessarily uncomfortable. Small (makes sense with price) but wouldn't be good for an extended stay. The shower head was broken so showers were only possibly if you were holding the shower head above you. No hot water. The bathroom was comparable with an airplane bathroom. Extreemly small. Have no complaints. Showers were lacking water pressure & often cold. Internet was irregular & only worked in hallway. The shower. I did.. not. Like ..I. had. To leave. I don"t have anny complain. Because the front door is always locked, upon arrival, I didn't see the door bell, which is located high on the right side inside the gate door. Once I got the receptionist to open the door - she was wonderful!. Small apartment size. A bit noise from the street, but nothing to worry about. Noise from street poor water pressure. Noisy. No hot water. Doesn't accept credit cards. Rooms a bit dated. cold water noisy street (on a Saturday night - choose a room without balcony) small bed for 2 people.
