  The reception desk/check in was very good. The asian girl there was fabulous. Cleaning and service at my room was very good. Breakfast was very good. Perfect location in town. Short way to København H, Tivoli and Tycho Brahe Planetarium. Bus and taxi just outside the hotel. - Good location, great staff.

  The location of the hotel was excellent - only about 200 m from the main railway station in Copenhagen, which in turn has a very good link to the airport. Although near the station the hotel faces onto a relatively quiet residential street so it really was a good location. The room was compact but well designed and the bed comfortable. The room was clean, comfy and quiet, the reception staff were kind and helpful and we had an excellent breakfast with freshly baked bread.   Probably the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. Superbly comfy bed, lovely room layout, fully-opening windows. Wonderful breakfasts - they even produced home-baked gluten-free bread at no notice. The hotel is not very close to city center but bus stop is only 2 min away and metro stop is about 10 min away and there are available connections to any part of the city.   The staff was friendly and spoke good English / Swedish / Danish. The location is good. It is located very close to a metro station and it only takes 5 minutes to go to the airport and 10-15 minutes to the center of Copenhagen once you are on a train.   Very close to the center, Tivoli Park and Central railway station. Nice rooms at the 4th floor (nr 430...). Good and stable wireless internet connection everywhere in the hotel. Hotel staff was very nice, helpful and pleasant.
