  Great location. Fair price. Friendly staff. If you're looking for the same services as a hotel/motel this is not it! There is no daily servicing of your room. If you want fresh towels, linen or toilet paper you need to go to reception and ask. There is no TV/coffee/tea in the rm. This is basically a very cool & trendy place right in the heart of beautiful Copenhagen. My only regret was sleeping in on the one day I'd promised to go on the city walk lead by Aurora...   Very nice hotel, Staff are so friendly, helpful and smiling, the location can't get better, Tivoli is the best place to stay at especially that the longest pedestrian shopping area in Europe "Strøget" is only number of steps away from the hotel. the room is nice the design is cool as well regardless that the hotel is very old. still the experience... 别人怎么说 » was amazing - Excellent location.   Very modern. Good to know that you don't have to queue for check in and check out. There is no reception, they send you the entry code 48 hours before checking in. I stayed for 5 days amd I did not had any problems so I can't really comment how does the hotel responds to problems. I would recommend this hotel - You know what you'll get with Omena. Standard setup but various size and location of rooms. some are small with thin walls in an older part of the hotel and some are spacious and more privat. but all of them have the same items. They are all clean and with the basic necessity for a short stay. Excellent location, good beds, internet connection, microwave, water heater and instant coffe :)

  The reception desk/check in was very good. The asian girl there was fabulous. Cleaning and service at my room was very good. Breakfast was very good. Perfect location in town. Short way to København H, Tivoli and Tycho Brahe Planetarium. Bus and taxi just outside the hotel. - Good location, great staff.
