Definitely get a room facing the courtyard as its much quieter than facing the rails.
Rooms were adequate, and it was about 400m away from Central Station. Tivoli Gardens is just a little further only.
Theres also a supermarket just 100m up the road which is good. and loads of car rental companies are around the area -

We stayed here for 5 nights in late August 2013.
The location near the train station was very convenient for us as we used the train a lot to travel to outer areas. It is also therefore central for all the city buses.
A very nice, small family run hotel, very friendly.
Their breakfast is unusual. You have it in your room, warm rolls being delivered each morning and you have a basket of breakfast goodies in the fridge. Nespresso machine for coffee and tea in the room.

The hotel was wonderful, the staff were so friendly and the location was fab being just minutes from the main train station. Don't be put off by claims of an unscrupulous neighborhood.. even the least wholesome looking locals were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. We spent 2 nights here. The location is comfortable, about 5 minutes by feet from Central railway station. The room was cosy with low noise. Friendly staff was always ready to give an advise for sightseeing nearby. They even provided us with city map, free of charge. Thank you!
