Friendly staff, the location of the hotel (very easy to get too from airport, via train or underground), plus room was well laid out and comfortable. the service at the reception and the comfort of the room. I got a refurbished room on the 4th floor. Bathroom was brand new and tiled all round with large black tiles, full sized bath with large fixed shower head from the ceiling and another attachment on the wall. Although the room was quite small, it was a "superior" single and had a nice double bed. There was a decent sized kettle and a nice selection of drinks in the basket. 所有 评语 »
Room and location. very close to city centre. the location is excellent. Breakfast. Closeness to centrum. The decoration and facilities in the room were nice. nice room, perfect location. The location is excellent. its location. Good bed. location. The Staff were polite and helpful. Construction work going on (only in the day time).The hotel is still under going renovations. Don't be suprised to see people painting in the hallways, and work men getting in the lift with you! Wires were dangling down in some places along the corridor too. Breakfast finished at 10.30. I got down there at 10.45 and everything was cleared away. I didn't get in till 5am so later breakfast would have been nice!. overpriced. they charged me for drinks which I did not have, I pointed this out and was immediately refunded the money. hotel ewas under constrution, was freshly painted, had to wait two days to get garbage pailsa for the room, was a very long walk down the corrider to the room due to construction, water was turned off one morning due to construction, water bottles should have been supplied. FIRST night we had to move our room because of noise. OUR son also hada noise problem. HOTEL should have advised that there could be latenoises from a party. ALSO hotel in renovation. SHOULD have been givenan option to decide on another hotel. HOTEL 's letter advisedrenovations for change from 4 star to 5 star status. GOOD luck. IT willnot be a 5 star hotel. it was still under construction and i was led to believe that the construction was to have been completed. The walls are extremely thin. I was kept awake by music and loud singing which felt like it was in the room itself. The town halls bells are right outside the window until midnight, every 15 minutes, and they are deafening. The communal areas of the hotel have no ambience whatsoever and I doubt that is related to the fact that the building is being renovated. I left after the first night. we were staying at a superior room, but the hotel was renovating and we couldnt get any sleep after 0800 beacuase of all the noise, had to raise our voice to hear echother. And the morning we were leaving the lights were out in our room so we couldnt see a thing and the check out system was not working and we had to sit and wait until it was fixed!stressfull when u have a plane to catch!!. Service is meager. No doorman or concierge. Breakfast needed to be paid upon entering the dining room. One would expect better from this class of hotel. the room given to us was extremely small!....all over the hotel renovations going on for long time which was not at all mentioned on web site ; you enter a construction site very unpleasant ; description and photos dont reflect reality. 15 min. Walk to the room, expencive computer time. seemed a bit shabby. i know that the hotel is undergoing renovations for upgrade. i guess i chose the hotel at the wrong time. The airconditioning was very poor or non-existent. The nights were too hot and humid to get even a few hours sleep. The airconditiong would have helped.

Comprehensive choice of conference suites. The Flora Danica room ideal for meetings of up to 60 persons. A further new renovated 4 rooms including syndicate rooms. A full range of support and technical services.
For private parties and receptions we can accomodate up to 80 persons.
Important information to guests
At present the hotel is going through a total renovation which is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2008.
So far 125 new rooms and 4 suites and the lobby/front desk have been completed. The bar will be completed by the end of August.
Air-conditioning will be available in all rooms, but will not be connected until all rooms are ready. High-speed internet access is available in all new rooms.
