  Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. The hotel is a beautiful old villa and the rooms are cosy and well-appointed. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were excellent.

  The location is excellent right in the center of the town, very close to Hot springs, wonderful location. The room was clean, bright, comfortable and big enough with small refrigerator and coffee/tea making facilities, with spacious updated bathroom (no hair drier but as far as I know you can ask for one). Ado - Location: Unbeatable, in the very middle of the most attractive part of Karlovy Vary, right across the street from Vridlo, steps from the main Colonnade (Mill Colonnade), less than 30m from Zamecke Lazne and from the Market Colonnade.
