  This is a lovely, modern, clean hotel situated very close to a tram and metro station for easy access to Prague centrum. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. You can purchase metro tickets at reception desk and put them on your room bill. Tram stop at end of block. Subway is two blocks away (cash machine at Metro station). Other comments have said the breakfast wasn't good but we thought it was great, cereals, meats, cheese, bread, bacon, scrambled egg, drinks. Really useful to have fully equipped kitchen as eating out in Prague quite expensive especially if you are a family.

  This hotel is right on the square with incredible views of the Astronomical Clock, Our Lady Before Tyn Church, Christmas Market with its amazing tree and decorated bridge. We had one dinner at their outside (in 20 degrees with snow but with heaters, warm blankets and super glu - Probably one of the best positioned hotels in Prague. Right on the square, with an abundance of restaurants and attractions, and easy walking distance to the Charles Bridge. The Heritage building had enormous rooms and high ceilings. In contrast, the bathroom (shower only in our room) had a space age feel to it. Good water pressure and quite roomy. The cave like jazz club under the hotel away from the bustle of the Square, was an interesting option for drinks and dinner with entertainment.

The staff spoke English well enough that they understood our requests. The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds. Air conditioning which was needed in an attic room was great. Plus they just opened a top deck for eating with a view over Prague. A little refrig was perfect; Trams close by.

The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme

It can be difficult for them to climb steep stairs. - The location is great, in the heart of the city but not in the crazy heart. You go up there is the castle you go down there is the Charl's bridge. On the way amazing restaurants very cheap and delicious. The beds are comfortable, bathroom is good. Close to the park where you can have picnic with the view to the city. Staff is very friendly.
