A huge and varied breakfast. There is a fantastic restaurant down stairs which was a great boost after our delayed flight. The staff are helpful and it is an easy walk to city from the hotel to take in the sights. We absolutely loved our weekend in Prague.

  I had no trouble finding staff who spoke English. They were also patient with my attempts to speak Czechish. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, including in the dining facilities, bowling alley and fitness center. The WiFi had fantastic reception. The staff spoke English well enough that they understood our requests. The room was very comfortable with wing back chairs for sitting, large desk and comfortable beds.   Room was nice, big and very clean. Room and/or the quests were really quiet. You could hear sounds trough the door (mainly the cleaner) trough the door. Absolutely no sounds came trough the walls, floor or ceiling. The whole staff was polite and helpful. There is also a tram station right in front of the hotel. There - Staff were friendly and helpfull, usefull advice was freely given. Metro station across the road, so getting about was straightforward. Hotel is a 10-15minute walk from the Old town & Wenceslas Square. My partner had a birthday while we stayed and the small gifts left in our room were an unexpected surprise which she really appreciated.

I was bit concerned about the location before arriving to Prague but after my stay I would say, it is quite well located and public transport is really good to get to city centre, airport or main train station.
