  The staff at the hotel were able to accommodate us at a moment's notice.   Hotel was in an excellent location close to the Charles Bridge. The trams stopped right outside the hotel going to the centre if you didnt want to walk, we took the trams everywhere and didnt pay once as there were no inspectors at all!!!.   Amazing hotel, a little hard to find, but once there I parked the car and could walk everywhere I needed to go. Only 5 mintues from historic old town. The room was amazing and the beds were so comfortable that at times I did not even want to get up. Great breakfast buffet and the staff was very freindly. I felt safe the entire trip. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we have ever experienced. The restaurant 'La Boca' was candle lit with good but not too attentive service. The food was fab - a meal for 2 was under £25. There was even a voucher in our room for free drinks in La Boca.
