  Everything. Great situation in the old square, friendly, helpful staff - nothing was too much trouble. We had a junior suite which was lovely, with a bay window overlooking the square and Astronomical clock.   We really loved this hotel. The staff was wonderful! Compared to other hotels in Europe, it was a great value! We paid for a room with a view and boy did we have a view.   Amazing hotel, a little hard to find, but once there I parked the car and could walk everywhere I needed to go. Only 5 mintues from historic old town. The room was amazing and the beds were so comfortable that at times I did not even want to get up. Great breakfast buffet and the staff was very freindly. I felt safe the entire trip. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we have ever experienced. The restaurant 'La Boca' was candle lit with good but not too attentive service. The food was fab - a meal for 2 was under £25. There was even a voucher in our room for free drinks in La Boca.
