Hotel staff was awesome and the woman that we dealt was charming and wonderful, she really made us feel at home. Good breakfast. A 4 star hotel in the loveliest part of Prague! - Great location, only 1 minute from the clock square.   We really loved this hotel. The staff was wonderful! Compared to other hotels in Europe, it was a great value! We paid for a room with a view and boy did we have a view. The trams stopped right outside the hotel going to the centre if you didnt want to walk, we took the trams everywhere and didnt pay once as there were no inspectors at all!!!.
