  Everything. Helpful, informative, knowledgable staff. Comfy beds, large rooms with a bit of space between the bedside airy, light and gorgeous. The lounge areas and breakfast rooms were great with lots of rooms and nooks to settle into if you want to be by yourself. Love the way it's decorated and the location was amazing.
