  All we can say is "Wow"! We had 6 adults and 2 children under age 2 with us. The apartment at Malostranska Residence was over the top for what we were hoping for. We loved it! Advertised as room for 4 (2 double beds) we had come prepared with an air mattress for the other two adults but there were also two full size couches and a love seat.   The apartment is superb. It's small and perfectly designed. Luxurious but not gaudy. The hotel is small and very privates which is such a refreshing change from the big business hotels that feel cold and generic.   Beautiful, quiet, countryside location with very easy access to Prague (5 - 10 minutes to drive to subway station and then about 20 minutes to center of Prague). Excellent breakfast each morning, including fresh buns/bread, eggs (different style every morning), meats, cheese, jams, baked item, yogurt, juice, coffee and tea. Host and his wife were - We enjoyed our stay at Alt Pension. The owners from this family hotel are very friendly, and they will do anything to make your stay comfortable. The breakfeast is excellent. The rooms are very big, quied and beds are good. We especially liked the diner, it was really one category higher dan you can expect from other hotels. The prices are also good. Don't expect to be very close at prague, but it's perfectly reachable by bus/metro or by P/R with the car and then the metro. (+/- 30minutes)
