The rooms were nice and clean, the breakfast was superb and the staff was very, very kind. I can absolutely recommend this hotel.
Great location, close to Metro. The hotel was on a quite street, but very close to many major sights. The breakfast was excellent and hotel staff was very helpful and providing travel information proactively.
The hot shower water wasn't supplied continuously. I had to turn off the hot water for a few minutes then it'd be back.
It was quiet and easily accessible from the subway. The bed was confortable and the staff was helpful.

Good, clean comfortable room that was warm and quiet (most important).
Breakfast was a bit limited - coffee out of the machine was not so good. It seems that the breakfast provided was for the maximum benefit of the hotel (i.e. least effort to prepare) rather than the guests. E.g fresh coffee would be a big improvement.

I had a room at the front of the hotel (most of them are). It was extremely noisy as the road outside is very busy day and night.

Only that one time on returning to the hotel in the afternoon it was locked with a sign saying staff would be back in a minute. I waited about 15 minutes to be let in while needing to use the toilet.

On a busy street and not to good a neighborhood, but close to trains and could walk to most areas.
Big room,nice decoration,safe area, in walking distance from old square and wenceslas square,metro station and tram stations were extremenely close to hotel.
I won't comment things i didn't like because those things were not importand and besides it would be a strictly subjective point of view from my side. After all Christmas in Prague is really difficult for all those people who work hard to service all of us:The tourists. Things which are not importand should not change the great time i had those days. Hotel owns an importand part of this nice trip.

The street is very noisy. The air condition only works at night and is centrally set. Lots of extras to pay: parking, tea facility in the room, safe box in the room.

very very noisy on a night and we was right at top of hotel so had to have windows open so got traffic noise all night ,but if like me you want a cheap hotel in a ideal spot i would still recomend ,just maybe ask for room at back of hotel
