  I got upgraded when I arrived. This is a great hotel. The staff is great and very professional (was called on my name). To go from the fittness to the hotel, there is tunnel.   Friendly helpful staff. Furnishings and fittings all top quality. Bathroom had a footstool, most helpful for elderly travellers. Lift.
