The gym and swimming-pool at the top deck was excellent, and the breakfast was good.   i think the reception service was very nice and helpfull - The restaurant/bar offers some good cheap food as well as pricer options if you want to splash out. The staff are helpful and the reception offers really useful services - like selling tram tickets and stamps.
