  This is a lovely, modern, clean hotel situated very close to a tram and metro station for easy access to Prague centrum. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable.   The apartment is really big, I stayed there with three friends. There was two big double bedrooms, a large lounge and a decent size dining area. Decent bathroom with shower and a small kitchenette. Denis the owner was really nice and let us check in early and also let us leave our bags there in day of departure.   Very large room with dining area. Comfortable bed. Nice to have a shower in a bath tub so you dont get the whole bathroom wet when you shower. The kitchenette is so large and well equiped we felt like it was a full kitchen. We loved the breakfast boxes delivered to us each evening. The kitchen has a boiling pot and coffees and teas are provided. - The location is perfect as well as the price. The Florens bus station is near so I could travel to Vienna and came back very late at night and felt safety. Pizzeria downstairs is also good enough, they have absolutely wonderful soups. Stuff was friendly and helpful. Kitchen with a fridge and a kettle is also useful if you want to safe money on food.
