  The location - not in the most touristy part of town, but nice safe area (walked back to hotel around 11pm from Metro station). The metro station is a 3 minute walk away from hotel. You can easily walk to Wenceslas Square in around 10 minutes and the Old Town in about 20 minutes. The bathroom was immaculate, probably recently refurbished. Breakfast is pret - Close to main station. Interior is pretty & clean. Guy at Reception was friendly, helpful & speak English well. For location, nice clean room with Mini Bar, clean bathroom and FREE wi-fi I think is a bargain. For 35 rooms and fully booked that explains it. Room gets cleaned everyday. There is a lift too. Breakfast is good with selections of Cereals, Eggs, Cakes, Fruits, Juices & Coffee & Tea.

  舒适,清洁 - We like the hotel's location, on a quite corner but very close to the main streets. The breakfast was very nice, as were the conditions of the rooms, it seemed they were just done. The staff is nice and helpful, and the hotel was nice enough to give us a free bottle of champagne on my husbands birthday.   My room was clean and quiet. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the shower was great. The restaurant is convenient and well-staffed, and the menu is good. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and the manager is very nice to talk with (he even brought me orange juice!). The Icon Boutique hotel is for me an hotel which I could actually live in. I'm very fussy and we were travelling in a group of 8. All of us could just praise the hotel. We are not the easiest of people to deal with as we can all be demamding, but there was nothing too difficult for the staff there. Theresa especially was fantastic with us.
