  The room was amazing (de-luxe room) - even nicer in real life than the photos! And huge - spanning the whole of the 1st floor! The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was perfect.   The rooms were fabulous; spacious and well stocked. The spa baths were a welcome bonus after a day of walking! The location is perfect; lots of cafes, restaurants and shopping close by.   We just came back from spending one of the most wonderful weekends in Prague with my family. Regarding the accommodation we (couple + a 1,5 yo baby) were absolutely overwhelmed by the highly professional customer oriented approach of the ladies running the hotel.   The location was great to get to all the sites. We did the free castle and free city tour which was only 5 minutes away from our hotel. The photos were very true to the apartment. We stayed in a two bedroom and had lots of room to move around. There was a closet in the living room for our coats and other things.
