  The apartment was located on a busy square, extremely accessible to shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The castle was an easy 10 minute tram ride away, and everything else was within walking distance. The apartment was quiet, well equipped (dishes, stovetop, soap, towels), and spacious. This is a big bonus. i recommend advertising this. It was not mentioned on letsbookhotel.com but this is a great bonus because many hostels/hotels stop serving breakfast at 10 or 11am.

  I'm amazed when the hotel supposed to pick two people with different flights at the airport and my friend happened to have postphoned flight. But, instead of us telling them, they called us and told us about the delay and will arrange for delayed picked up as flight new schedule. Definitely great service from the hotel. The room was spacious even for us standards. It was exceptionally clean. The staff was not just friendly but went out of their way to help us. Martin and Milan were exceptional. They located a fly shop in Prague and gave us instructions on how to get there. The restaurant was very good and we thought good value.   The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It is located on a quiet street at the west end of the Charles Bridge with a park on the other end opposite the bridge. As other people posted, the location within the city could not be better. It is a 30 sec walk to the bridge and the location felt very safe and secure. The hotel itself is nice and the rooms are very clea - Staff welcomed us at 1:20am after late flight and helped us settle in with warm drinks and extra blankets. We also had a super room for the 4 of us in eaves. Location was also great, just next to Charles Bridge, but still quiet.
