The Apartment Supervisor Karoline was very nice and friendly, we could leave the suitcases in the room the day of departure and we didn't have to pay any extra to use the room. Everything was very clean and tidy and the position was good, close to the city center.

Amazing hotel, a little hard to find, but once there I parked the car and could walk everywhere I needed to go. Only 5 mintues from historic old town. The location - not in the most touristy part of town, but nice safe area (walked back to hotel around 11pm from Metro station). The metro station is a 3 minute walk away from hotel. You can easily walk to Wenceslas Square in around 10 minutes and the Old Town in about 20 minutes. I stayed in a single room, which was a good size and it was clean.

For location, nice clean room with Mini Bar, clean bathroom and FREE wi-fi I think is a bargain. For 35 rooms and fully booked that explains it. Room gets cleaned everyday. There is a lift too.
Breakfast is good with selections of Cereals, Eggs, Cakes, Fruits, Juices & Coffee & Tea.

There is a fantastic restaurant down stairs which was a great boost after our delayed flight. The staff are helpful and it is an easy walk to city from the hotel to take in the sights.
