  The hotel is right in the center of Karlovy Vary which makes it less than 2 minutes walk from the central Spa area, the restaurants and the main shopping areas. The rooms are very spacious and nicely decorated "old-fashionly". The staff was most kind and helpful, and even gave each of us a present when we departed. She was very helpful and hospitable, made us feel like home. Really friendly and pleasant. The room itself was cozy and beautiful view. Very clean. Good breakfast. The Lady from the reception also gave us discount tickets up to 40% to various spa accross the street, which we actually used for a great price. Very pleased with the hotel choice. Thank you again!

You have to walk uphill on way back to the hotel, but it was not a problem (for a young couple) and you can use lots of bus lines which stop in front of the hotel.   I stayed for only one night and the service I received from the reception staff was far better than I ever expected. It was excellent. The location of the hotel is excellent. - The view from the balcony; absolutely breathtaking. Great location!

  Location is in a neighborhood close to non-touristy spots which is good! Staff friendly, but couldn't tell if they were upset or happy with us :) Go to "Verana Pub" close by, best in town! - The landlady of the apartment come to pick us up from the bus station which gave us a big surprise. Good wi-fi and good services. We enjoyed our stay here.
