Nice apartments exactly in the main square Staff was very kind and everyone speaks perfect English Fully equipped kitchen - knives, dishes, fridge, freeze etc. Very good espresso machine and free It was some mistake with our booking but guys made a lot of excuses and were so kind. The y presented vine for the inconvenience Price is reasonable for that kind of apartments. The staff was nice and friendly. The location could not have been better. The room was clean and there was a kitchen we could use any time we wanted to. The best thing was definitely the roof top terrace.
所有评语 » I liked the fact that the stuff does everything in their power to solve whatever problems appear, they are kind and with good social skills. The apartments are in downtown, it's clean and comfortable. The kitchen and the breakfast. Also the roof top terrace and the arrangement of the other apartments - you don't feel like you're staying with many people. The bathroom was ultra modern. It's located in the main square. Staff was everyone very kind and room also very clean and nice. I would like to stay here when I visit Brno again. The apartment we stayed in was fine. Enjoyed the balconies and it is in a very convenient location. Staff were good. That was a good experience. Room was fine. Breakfast was also very good. Wi-fi working. Thare was not any problem. Staff were helpful and kind once we could locate them. Good location. Very nice property. staff very friendly and helpfull, thanks. location is quite good. Clean and nice room. Everything was fantastic. was made to feel at home Fantastic view from the terrace. nicely done, well equipped, central location. very central. There're no any marks with apartments name and any direction to the reception. But they promised to improve that for a while (hotel had just opened). On Friday night was very noisy around, but it is not a hotel problem. At this price I cannot give any negative comments. The heat in the apartment with three people. not a lot. We have room without terrace but I could live with that. It took us over 3 hours to figure out how to get into the place, as it is a private residence. The people who run it run it from a hostel a few blocks away. It took finding a restaurant with wifi and a bit of research to figure out how to get our keys and where to get them from. We paid $28euro for parking, as we were not told where the parking was in advance so just parked at a nearby garage. Using 4 keys. "paper walls" btwn (lower floor) apts and shared kitchen (no problem for 1 night stay though), check-in elsewhere.
