Right from the initial check in (where we arrived without luggage, courtesy of Air France) the staff were friendly & helpful. The mini suite (Number 105) was stylishly furnished with all the necessary facilities and a fully equipped kitchen although we only used the kettle!! Great location, close to all the tourist sites, bars & excellent restaurants. We will definitely visit this hotel again.

  Everything was amazing! Location is perfect if you came to Prague just for a weekend and have no time to spend on getting from one sight to another, as all the main attractions are just around the corner! Staff is great! Althought, I wouldn't recomment to stay in very city center with little kids, as it was pretty loud outside all nights long on weekend and so - Perfect location in the middle of the Old Town. A little tough to drive through but easy once you know - our GPS took us through some pedestrain only streets! The owners had arranged a parking pass for us, we just put it on our windshield and there was lots of parking a 3 minute walk away. One room with two single beds, one room with a double and a big living room which had a fold out sofa bed. Iron and ironing board present! Good kitchen.   The location was really good - it was close to almost everything and we didn't need to use any public transport. There was a Tesco store nearby and a really good place for breakfast and lunch called jan paukert just next to the entrance. There weren't any additional pillows or blankets though. There is free wifi and - Our arrival was late, but staff waited up for us and we had a friendly welcome. The flat is excellent value for money, very clean, very quiet, has good facilities and is in a useful area for proximity to all tourist sites. All essential information is in multiple languages. The restaurant on the ground floor is superb. There are shops nearby for all requirements.
