It is about 10 minutes on tram to town. You could walk but it will take about an hour. However is still an okay walk. There is a shopping mall with supermarket across road and Lidl nearby. When goin for tram just make sure you are walking down the hill towards main road (5 minute walk). Bars and cafes where trams are. And it is chilled if you can't be bothered with town. Couple of good pizza places near apartment.
