The room was very very clean, and it was like a hotel knowing that it is not a hotel. And unlike what people said it was a very quiet night for us. We did not hear anything from the street. And the room even had tea and coffee and the staff were very helpful and I had forgotten a key there and they called me and followed me to the next destination to return it. Very good experience. The room was very spacious, modern, nice decor, well laid out - and spotless. Very comfortable bed, lovely cotton bedlinen. Despite being in the centre of the old town, the double glazing prevented any noise disturbance. Great shower. A perfect location hidden among the old streets.
所有评语 » I liked the young woman who met me at the location to let me in to the room. She had pluck. And the room was very nice and comfortable. It was easy to get to from the bus station and smack dab in the center of the old town. I could walk to everything. Perfect location in the heart of old part of town! Staff is amazing, waited for us by the town entrance with keys despite our late arrival ( after 10pm). Linnen and towels perfectly clean and smell divine. Wish we could have stayed longer. Brand new room interior. Staff that met you, to give you the key etc, was so helpful and placed on map essential places that were relevant to what WE wished to do. It is so central. small but clean and modern. right in the heart of old town. comfortable bed. they kindly have us a bottle of champagne as it was our anniversary. Warm Welcome, lovely room, excellent bathroom, spotlessly clean, welcome birthday gift and very generous size of room. We were very touched by the note/cake/champagne left by the staff as we arrived for my daughter's 18th birthday. Rooms appeared brand new and very well presented. Excellent quality of bedding etc Central Location. Brand new room, in the heart of the city. Very clean and comfortable. Easy access in the middle of the old town. Location was central to Zadar, room was modern and clean. Location Cleanliness Introduction Facilities. Location cleanliness and cost. Rooms great. The building does not strike you to be a hotel or a room that u rent. The annoying thing is that they have no reception and if you don't have a phone then u are in trouble because u will have no way to contact them to get the key to the room. A little tricky to find. Clear precise street directions, including a few landmarks would help (eg not too far from second market gate). Also, had to wait about 15 mins for contact person to arrive - but not a big issue - worth the wait. Without a reception desk, it was a little tricky to coordinate, as I did not have access to a local phone number. It was also a walk-up and a little tricky to find. In addition, on average, it cost more than most of the other rooms I rented during my trip. Room had a mini bar but no glasses. if you are a light sleeper it can be quite noisy( outside and other residents in halls etc.) twist the knob on the boiler yourself so that the shower doesn't go cold on you half way through!. Early morning noise outside from street cleaners, binmen etc. Cant be helped in the City Centre though. Only minor gripe was that tea/coffee making facilities were not topped up throughout our stay. Because it was brand new, there were a few things missing, no hangers in the wardrobe and the toilet. The fridge was not working. Was not aware that this was a room in an apartment building - not a hotel with front desk and amenities. No view - windows overlooked small alleyway. Noise View. The down side to the good location is the fact that it is 'built up' with little natural sun light. The High narrow buildings are also an ideal area for roosting (noisy0 pigeons. Location terrible.
