The owner was very friendly and helped us with everything! Some comments: The name of the hotel is not written on the house, so you have to look for the street and the number. Print the map! You might have to call the number on your reservation form in order to get the keys of your apartment, or you also can go to the "Dvi Palme" restaurant (same owner) opposit to the OMV gas-station.
