Great location lots to see and do. Super cafés and restaurants great medieval old town. Lovely harbour.
Very, very tiny room which was over top of a busy cafe. Noisy until late at night. Good for the young who like to party but hard to get a full nights sleep.

Local parking is expensive and there are no free area's.
The owner was very friendly and helpfull. Location is great and the windows being really soundproof - there is no problem having a restaurant on the ground floor.
The door is not as soundproof as the windows. There was quite a strong smell of detergent in the appartment even next morning after the cleaning.
Location just in the Centre (near the Palace, the Harbour and the Beach). Excellent advices and help from the owner's to trips (City and archipelago). Thanks :)
Mirko was really friendly and VERY helpful! He met us at the station ans walked us to the room while he was explaining where to go and what to do in split. Always helped with any questions we had. The room was small but really cute and everything we needed for a short stay. Nice little rural Croatian place to stay. Would recommend this!!
Everything was great!
Our apartment was just a very short walk from the Palace and all the various transport depots - very handy. Mirko was also on hand to meet us off the bus and take us right up to the apartment - wonderful service.

Perfect location in Split for staying a few days, with very short walking distance from the harbour and all of Split. Also, the owner was very nice and friendly, and gave us many tips about Split
Location and cleanliness was fantastic. Owner was very welcoming and extremely helpful and accommodating as we arrived much earlier than check in. Great base in Split.
Apartment was really small.More than a couple of nights and it may have been frustrating. Perhaps a fold down table and chairs attached to the wall would help free up space.
The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely ask to be met if you are coming by bus or plane, it's much easier! The room was compact but it had everything you needed in it and excellent wifi!
The host Mirko was fantastic. He was very helpful and even bought us tickets for the catamaran so we did not have to wait in the queue at 8am! ; ) The room was functional. The facilities were good and the location was fantastic.

The location of the hotel was excellent and the owner was so kind and helpful.
When you look at the building from the outside you think you see a rundown building but once your inside the apartment you see that it is clean and a great location.
The owner was very helpful contacting us before our arrival and giving us valuable tips about Split. The location of the apartment is very good, next to the harbor and bus station. Cafe's, supermarket and pretty much all the services you need are close by.
Cheapest rooms are on the 1st floor and the only window opens to the courtyard so there is some noise caused by other residents. But not too much, after all you are staying in the middle of the city.
The owners (especially Mirko)are very dedicated to their customers and they really go the extra mile even for assistance beyond the lodging's experience. Very satisfied with their service

Booked the same day via internet and owner did not receive booking. Had to phone from the main property and wait 15-20 minutes before they arrived and led us to the actual room where we were to stay. It was late in the day and we were tired. There were several people offering accommodation as we disembarked from the ferry and this would have been quicker and more convenient.
The place was really great.
The drain in the bathroom backed up every time you had a shower which left the place with a slight musty smell. I'm sure this problem is easily fixed (with one application of a drain snake) but apart from this, the place was great.
The host, Mirko was absolutely amazing! Very passionate about the city and happy to share a lot of knowledge and perhaps an inside scoop on where to go for day trips. The location couldn't have been better, such a cool feeling to sleep within the palace walls. STAY HERE!

Location was great! You could walk to the bus and ferry and Diocletian palace was super close. The owner met us at our bus and showed us the way to our room. He gave us wonderful advice on places to see and where to eat. We would recommend this place to anyone!
The Landlord was very friendly and helped us with all concerns and told us about split and the area around split.He got us from a meeting point near the room. Room was clean, warm water was always availible. Free parking space for the car. Very close to the palast(5min) and harbor(5-6 min) walking.
The construction zone in the next building at 7 AM. It had a kitchen but was not really good equiped for cooking. Would not recommend for people who want to cook every day.
Excellent location for sights, buses and trains. All within walking distance.
Unfortunately the utensil cupboard was locked and there was no crockery, but the owner did offer to come over straight away and unlock it.
Stayin within the palace walls was amazing. The host was very friendly and helpful.

Clean and central location
Terrace is not private - it's a communal courtyard with a bench and tables down a side alley. The view overlooks the back of a 60s apartment block.
The location was good especially for catching a ferry, very central. We were picked up from airport and given a lot of helpful information.
A very small room set amongst youth hostel accommodation. Only good for sleeping and showering in.
