  Everything! This was one of my mothers and my best vacations. Room was incredibly clean, nicely decorated and we had all facilities we needed. We were a big group of friends and basically had the whole house by ourselves. The terraces and balconies are really nice spots to relax after a nice day at the beach. Then the town of Rovinj is only a few minutes away by foot. Our host was also very friendly, helpful and even brought us coffee every morning :-) I can only recommend these rooms for single travelers, but especially for bigger groups (12-14 people). Would easily book there again.

They didn't mind to pick me up when I got lost at arrival and also didn't mind dricing me to the station the last day. They also offered free bikes if you need it and were very helpful always. The personal was nice and humbold. I wouldn't described the appartment itself as amazing but cozy and the character and the services makes it a very good option to choose.

  This was a wonderful find! We stayed three days and used it as a base to explore surrounding area. Owner very friendly and helpful, room clean airy and patio perfect for relaxing after busy day. Bike rentals very handy. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants with reasonably priced food nearby if you fancy a change from the excellent ‘fayre’ served in the restaurant at street level below the apartment.   The owners were wonderful people. They went out of the way to make this a fantastic trip. He helped us get a ride into town and back again for a super low price. Ordered pizza for us when we arrived in the late evening and gave us a glass of wine the moment we walked in the door. The breakfast was delicious. The welcomed us with a nice glass of wine and sent us off with a nice gift as well. The apartment had a fantastic view of the ocean and the breeze sitting on the terrace was amazing. The breakfasts were excellent and there are many nice restaurants in Rovinj. The beach was a 5 min walk and it is not overly crowded (we visited in mid July).

  I liked the fact that kitchen equipment was provided, and that the place was clean - It had a small kitchen in the room. It was 5-10 minutes walk to the beach. Parking was possible in the court-yard.

She can give you lots of information about Rovinj, nice beaches, restaurants etc. We stayed in a studio for 11 nights and would definitely recommend this place! The beach of Rovinj is about 10 minutes away by car, or you just catch a ferry to one of the very nice islands around Rovinj! - The apartment was clean, bright and spacious with a small balcony. The apartment was very well furnished and was very peaceful. The staff were lovely and very helpful and informative. There was plenty of free on-site parking which was important as Rovinj was packed in August when we stayed there. The walk into town is pleasant and not very far, 15 minutues maybe. There was a lovely wooded beach area about 10 minutes drive away too.
