We asked for a double room when we booked but got a twin instead, the manager changed our room within 5 minutes. Breaky was great too. Location was amazing too. Would recommend this place to anyone. I loved the service and the view from our balcony. - I liked everything, it was more than we expected - location by the see and under pine trees, small Jelsa town, excellent facilities - super. It was perfect holiday and I am planning to visit the Fontana Resort again.

It is a great location right in the center of town across from the beach but it is an older hotel and could use some renovation. The beds were just fair and the bathrooms were old. It was probably quite a jewel in its day but its day has passed. The staff was great and it wasn't a bad value for the money but the hotel looks better on the website

The owner welcomed us with a glass of wine and was very helpful for giving us insider tips about the town. The bedroom was good, bed was comfortable and the view from the balcony very nice. The guest house is only 5 to 10 minutes walk from a lovely sand beach and 5 minutes from city centre. -
