  Very comfortable appartment: you can find almost everything you'd like! Very clean, spacious bedrooms. The private terrasse is very cosy, perfect to have breakfast. The owner sent us an e-mail to explain how to come by car, very useful otherwise might be hard to find. Very quiet environment.   Very nice resort. With it's fence around offers privacy and seems like an oasis of piece in the middle of tourist rush. Definitely a go! - We stayed for one night there. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. The residence is very quiet by night and we liked going to the swimming pool after our arrival: it was opened until 8 PM! It seems to be a good place for family as we saw many there. The residence has it own entry to the beach where you can see the sunset!

  We stayed in the separate Stonehouse of the complex. Very nice cottage style with bedroom, small kitchenette, bathroom and a small loft for an additional bed. We also had our own courtyard and facilities. The owners were very relaxed and friendly.   Value for money, close to the the city of Porec and a large hotel complex. Close to the beach. Very friendly and helpful owners. Very calm and quiet, if you need a place to stay in the area without the extra facilities of a hotel this is a very good option.

The kitchenette had microwave, stovetop, coffee maker and dishes, etc. Very much a family atmosphere. - We found our standard room at Villa Melita on the small side and a little dated. However, it was clean and the internet and air conditioning worked great. Having a small fridge in the room was a nice perk. Villa Melita is located across from several supermarkets. The courtyard offered access for parking and the landscaping was lovely. We were only there one night so we did not take advantage of any of the facilities.
