  Really nice location, a bit outside of Porec center. After a long drive from Germany this was our first place to stay in Croatia. We felt so relaxed over here that we even changed our initial plans and stayed one night longer. Facilities were good and it was really nice to use the pool just a foot-step away from our terrace.   The location relative to the beach (about 200m walk) and to shops (another 50m and some other shops not so far, easily reachable with a car) is perfect, it's also relatively easy to find with a GPS if you enter the name of the street. Air conditioner worked, blinds preventing us to wake up too early were there. The parking slot is situated directly - We loved everything about this apartment. It was really fully furnished, nothing was missing to make us feel like we're at home. It is very close to the sea and a nice pebble beach. The main road carrying lots of traffic is very close by but the apartment is situated at a distance from it so the traffic does not disturb you. The bed was very comfortable. The view from the terrace on the 2nd floor is fabulous. We will definitely come back!

Bike rentals very handy.
