  The hotel was new, well designed, peaceful and never felt too busy eventhough the rooms were all booked. Wonderful views across the clear seaeven from the bathroomwindow!.   Up market !! - Location was perfect, being directly outside Old Town. Being so close toPile Gate also meant that it was a very short walk to the hotel aftergetting off the bus from the airport. The staff was extremely friendly -the lady who checked me in remembered my name throughout my stay and wasvery helpful!

  We smile when we think of our vacation in Dubrovnik. Villa Vinka is one of the main reasons for it. The staff greeted us with kindness and wonderful service.   It is elegant but also very friendly and comfortable. The situation in the old town is full of character and the staff could not have been more helpful. I was on a winter break with my husband and I would recommend it highly.   From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome by the staff , everybody was genuinely helpful . The hotel is a beautifully restored mansion and is a refuge from the crowded madness of Dubrovnik . Located a 20 minute bus ride from the Old City Pile Gate with a bus stop 100 metres from the hotel front door . A real find in Dubrovnik , a city - Great location close to the sea and parkland. Bars and restaurants a few yards away and easy access to the old town by number 6 bus 50 metres from the front door. Extremely friendly and informative staff. Room 31, although at the top of the house has an amazing roof terrace, must be seen. Great value hotel and a great place to be based for a trip of any length to the stunning Dubrovnik.

  Was probably the most clean and spacious apartment we stayed on our trip. Family of four and had a lounge room and dining room so plenty of space .   Basically, everything was just wonderful; the weather, the apartment and especially the host. My husbandt and I booked a room just one day before because we were travelling the coast. Pablo met us at the entrance to the city, he carried our suitcases and on the way to the room he showed us a few interesting places to visit. I would recommend it to anyone, the city and Luxury x rooms. - The apartment is beautiful, just as one the photos but even better. It's located in the Old town, everything is in walking distance. Great view, wifi and very clean. The host is an interesting guy, very funny and helpfull. He showed us arround, recommended a few interesting places to visit which are not in the tour guides and a few good restaurants. He even organised a boat trip for us with discount.
