  Very nice people, but limit English, and my non-existent Croatian or German was annoying, though the place and people were perfectly nice and helpful as can be. The owners soon speaks fine English, and his father, with whom I dealt more w a good ho.

  We were the very first guests and everything was absolutely perfect! The apartment is only a 2-minute walk from Portarata (the golden gate), but there's absolutely no noise to be heard, even though lively cafes are just around the corner. Facilities were good, had everything we needed, fully equipped kitchen, air con. Landlord sorted out a problem with the drain in the first apt, moved us to another, no fuss. Helped with free parking nearby.

I.ve found everything I needed in the apartment, we had breakfast there every day and 3-4 times even dinner. What a surprise when she came up to our apartment with a BBQ plate!!!!
