  The location was amazing. As you walk down the main street it will be off one of the charming alleys. If you doubt how centrally located it is when you arrive, go to the roof deck and look out over all of Dubrovnik. Catch your breath and go meet your incredibly sweet staff. There are few frills, but the cost is super cheap and the air conditioning is merciful in the Croatian summer heat. - Lovely lady greeted us, she was very helpful and friendly. The location is fantastic, close to everything. The outside noise was quite loud at night being so close to stradun, but it should be expected for the location. Only complaint is the pillows being very uncomfortable, but other than that, good budget accommodation

  The appartment is in the Old Town - on 100 m from the main street Stradun and 50 m from "restaurants"-street Prjieko. Of course, it is impossible to reach with car, motorcycle and even with byke any address in the Old Town. But the feeling to be part of this beatiful place is unforgetable. GPS coordinates of the nearest parking: 42 38' 32.37"N 18 06' 37.29"E - We stayed in 2 different studios here one on the ground floor and one at the top of the house. Both are nice but the view from the top over the Dubrovnik rooftops is fab ... just open the window, sit up on the high stools considerately provided and sip a glass of vino - Bliss both during the day and night time. Location is great right in the middle of Dubrovnik old town - close to everything.

  We stayed in the Studio Apartment - Peline 13 (upstairs). This was an excellent location, about a 30-second walk (uphill) inside the north entrance of the old town. The apartment was at a perfect location just next to the Old Town and was a very reasonable price for where it was located. The apartment was well furnished and clean with everything we needed, including a tv, wifi and air conditioning. It was a wonderful experience! - The hosts were a very lovely couple, who offered me coffee and biscuits every morning! Room was very nice and had access to a good shared bathroom and roof terrace with amazing view! Accommodation is located close to the port, which is good for visiting nearby islands by ferry. There are a lot of stairs to climb, but that is standard across Dubrovnik. If you don't like stairs, I wouldn't visit the city full stop!

Great location, we only stayed one night before heading off for a cruise so it was perfect for us. Nice outside courtyard and although the owners speak limited English they were lovely and accommodating. Great budget option.
