The hotel is beautiful. We had the room overlooking the pool (#12). Very private and no street noise whatsoever. The common areas are comfortable but generally deserted as you might expect in a boutique hotel with 13 rooms. The concierge, Deni, was extremely nice and helped make our stay there unforgettable. She arranged for bag lunches to be ready for us when we took an early day trip to Montenegro, and next day arranged a very good deal on a rental car which made for a spectacular day.

First, the extremely friendly and helpful owner Niksa. Over and above any expectations. Free parking, fee wifi, beautiful view over harbour, local shops and restaurants Tourist information next door and a bar with its own small jetty with parasole covered seating next door to that. But most of all, so close to Dubrovnik old city. We used the bus, which is always very crowded, to go there. But the price of the apartment is so reasonable that you can afford a taxi in and out of the city each day.

The owner, Igor was very nice. He waited us in front of the door and helped us to pick up the luggages to the apartment. He introduced good place for us to visit. We liked the furnishing of the rooms and the great sea-view. The food offered at the hotel is excelent.
