I highly recommend this wonderful place! Kozarica is a tiny village in
Mljet, 5 minutes drive from the main road, driving by a charming valley.
The village is right on the sea, with a small beach almost empty. It is
silence, quiet, clean and with a wonderful view. Staying at Villa Radulj
is a pleasure. The owner and his family are delightful and very
welcoming people. His english is quiet good and he can provide all sort
of information about the island and the surrounding. The apartments are

We decided to head to Mljet a day earlier than planned and had a accommodation booked in the north of the island in the national park, but decided to stay somewhere different for the beforehand. Marin and his family have done a wonderful job with the place, a tidy little village on the west coast of the island between Sobra and Polace, the beach is great the harbour very pretty and the accommodation clean and comfortable. This is a place to get away from people so unless you have your own tran.
Amazing accommodation in a beautiful and quiet village Very friendly and
helpful staff gave me great information on the various local trail paths
for cycling/running/exploring Superb dinner every night with
catch of the day fish and the freshest vegetables/salad picked from
the fields nearby that day 1 minute walk to a picture perfect small
fishing harbour and small pebble beach which are great for swimming.
Can't say enough good things about Marin and Villa Radulj. The rooms are not fancy but very clean and the food was incredible, probably the best meal we had in Croatia (hands down the best fish). They even drove us to the ferry. Our only regret was not staying longer.
Marin the owner and his mother prepared us and the other guests a homemade meal that was absolutely delicious. Fish from his fishfarm, homemade tomato soup from his farm, homemade fig jam for breakfast, prosciutto from his farm...what more could you ask for?.
We got a welcome drink when we arrived and the owner sat with us a few minutes to answer our questions and give us information about the island. Great hospitality! The food (dinner and breakfast) was excellent too! I highly recommend!.
The place has an amazing garden and views and they use their own crop making the juice, wines and food they serve, which was so delicious! The staff is so welcoming and hospitable the only thing you can do is to relax and enjoy!.
Very friendly owner. Only one person speaks English, but everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Simple, but good food. The owner bakes fresh fish on his bbq every night. It's great!
Great sea view.
Good value for money.
The place was very nice with a large terrace for dining. The room had a balcony with a splendid view of the bay and hills.
The quality of the home grown and cooked food was excellent. The friendliness of the staff was exceptional.
2 lovely ladies who run this, all was super nice, they even gave us 3 catctusses to take home !.
- Nice owner
- possibility to eat in the hotel for a good price
- Nice view on the sea.
The "welcome drink" was a very good idea!Nice, friendly staff.
Great sea view.
The place is clean, people are nice and you have an amazing view for the sunset.
The standalone air conditioning didn't work that well and made quite some noise.
It's a charming little village, but hard to reach. You have to drive a small road to Kozarica - it can be challenging if you meet an oncoming vehicle.
Nothing.
- a little bit far from the main road.
we payed a good extra for a rather poor breakfast.
The village is so small that we didn't have another but to have diner at the "pension".
