Wish we had stayed here for our whole trip as the Old Town was close with transport.

Ante is a great host, and provides excellent recommendations (listen to his advice on restaurants - we had our 3 best meals in Croatia in Dubrovnik because of it; and definitely consider the Dubrovnik card). The whole house and garden/ - The pension has excellent views with two of the double rooms with view on the actric sea. Arte, the owner is an excellent nice guy very friendly and helpful. He drove us up the mountain free of charge seeing the overview of Dubrovnik. The pension is homelike and warm. It takes about 20 mins to walk down the old town and castle but must take a bus back to the pension. Arte drove us to catch the bus away from the place free of charge. Excellent. Highly recommended

It was too cool to try the pool, but it looked like a relaxing paradise. - The hotel is beautiful. We had the room overlooking the pool (#12). Very private and no street noise whatsoever. The common areas are comfortable but generally deserted as you might expect in a boutique hotel with 13 rooms. The concierge, Deni, was extremely nice and helped make our stay there unforgettable. She arranged for bag lunches to be ready for us when we took an early day trip to Montenegro, and next day arranged a very good deal on a rental car which made for a spectacular day.
